I’m so pleased for the 23 year old and his 43 year old husband.
I’m sure all of my fellow WHO posters will be as delighted as I am that this normal loving couple will be bringing a child into the World.
Skip to 2019 and papers announce they have split.

I haven't really. Blokes are more chilled out. Most of the blokes I know don't get angry about anything other than their wife / girlfriend.
But I suppose your right. It was a bit clichéd. Although I think my main point was that I can't really see how it changes anything.
If it's a steady, grounded upbringing then does it need a man and a woman?

I’ve recently started to explore surrogacy and adoption options. I have a friend who has completed her family, and I think she would be keen to support us with surrogacy. It’s bloody complicated though. Adoption would be the more logical step I suppose, but you don’t know what and who the child has come from. Has anyone had any positive experiences of adoption?

It strikes me that the way they have gone about this is also about publicity and getting attention, why make such a big deal about it?
And then which one of these 2, had there sperm fertilise the egg? Can see if there is a gay divorce and it’s bitter, the one who provided the spunk will claim custody on those grounds.
Whole thing is just wrong IMO, why dont they adopt, take some kiddie out of poverty rather than create one and leave some poor fucked up surrogate to read in the papers how these 2 are bringing up baby.

I'm not sure this is a good idea. The whole relationship is weird. Tom apparently didn't know he was gay until someone much older started hitting on him.
Then there was a break up and some cheating and now a baby.
